| The approach we take to developing a website is outlined below. This list will give you a general idea of what is involved. All projects are different, because of this we have not listed every step required to complete a project. The process used for print projects is similar. |

- Initial consultation — FREE
- Site analysis (if a Makeover)
- Define project, gather requirements
- Agreement of project scope and requirements
- Storyboard, understanding of site functionality
- Estimate, project cost and timeline
- 1/2 of payment due*
- Create site architecture
- Prototype of User Interface
- Database schematic and dataflow (if applicable)
- Functionality walk-thru
- Development of site; Graphics, HTML and Coding
- Developmental testing
- Client testing and proofreading
- Revisions, as needed
- Client acceptance
- Final payment and delivery of site

| *Note: There is a large commitment of time and resources during the development of a web design project. For this reason, new clients are asked to make a financial commitment of 1/2 of the project cost prior to starting the development phase. |
